7:00-8:00- Lifting circuit
Thursday: November 5th(meet at field)
6:45-7:00- stretch and agilites
7:00-7:30- Sprint workout
Friday: November 6(meet at SID)
6:15-6:30- stretch and agilities
6:30-7:30- lifting
7:30-8:00- conditioning
